The National Blood Clot Alliance is conducting a survey to learn about patient experiences and the gaps in care before, during, and after a blood clot diagnosis.
NBCA will use the survey data to educate healthcare providers to help close those gaps and ultimately improve the timely diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of blood clots for others. Your personal blood clot experience will play a strong role in closing these gaps in care.
Called the Patients Educating Providers Survey, the name is a spin on NBCA’s signature educational program, Patients Educating Patients, or PEP.
This is the first survey of its kind in which blood clot patients are educating healthcare providers on the gaps in care. It reinforces the critical role NBCA plays in providing a platform for the patient voice to be heard on a national, and even global stage.
Patients must be 18 years or older to participate in this survey, which will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
All participants who complete the survey will have the option to enter their email into a drawing for a $250 Amazon gift card and an NBCA swag bag. Your entry for the gift card and swag bag will not be connected to your responses.
