As the end of the year — and the decade — approaches, there is no better time to pause and reflect on what matters most. For us at NBCA, that includes service and gratitude. For years, NBCA has been the leading patient advocacy organization in the U.S. focused singularly on building awareness and building community among people who are affected by blood clots or at increased risk for blood clots. With our programs, resources, and services, we work daily to build public awareness about blood clots, while addressing the broad information needs of a diverse community of individuals affected by this disease, as well as their caregivers and healthcare providers.
We are profoundly thankful for each of you, and your continuous efforts to support our mission. Whether you follow us on Facebook, tweet with us on Twitter, read our monthly e-Newsletters, chat with us on Inspire, attend local events, or fundraise with us, we appreciate your dedication to the mission that we all share. It is with gratitude that we wish you a meaningful Thanksgiving season.
Thanks to our generous donors, volunteers, and supporters like you, we will continue to grow and remain a leader in the VTE community for many years to come. You continue to make our work both possible and meaningful, and we look forward to what the next decade has in store, with your help. It is our hope that together we can continue to share life-saving information about blood clots, and build a better future where fewer lives are lost to blood clots.
