This talk – “Multidisciplinary Care for Acute Pulmonary Embolism: The Pulmonary Embolism Response Team” – will be presented by NBCA’s Medical and Scientific Advisory Board Member Dr. Rachel P. Rosovsky.
In this webinar, Dr Rosovsky will:
- Identify the need for Pulmonary Embolism Response Teams (PERTs).
- Describe how PERTs immediately and simultaneously engage multiple specialists to determine the best course of action and coordinate the clinical care for patients with acute PE.
- Describe the role of the PERT Consortium.
