Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, New York Road Runners (NYRR) has prioritized the health and safety of its running community. Most recently, NYRR has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 New York City Marathon, which was scheduled to take place on Sunday, November 1, 2020.
The 50th running of the TCS New York City Marathon will take place on November 7, 2021.
