25May 19, 2009 5:22 PMI like the concise information provided and learning from others' experiences. I also like the addition of the A to Z listing. I also like the special topics in the newsletters. I think it is good that you are trying to raise awareness for thrombophilia - I never knew anything about it at all until I had my first clot, which led to a PE and it was scary to not know what it was all about. Luckily I now have an excellent hematologist who very patiently answers all of my questions. When my second incident occurred (nothing at all like the first one), I was better equipped to handle the situation and knew what to do. This was due partly to my doctor and partly to organizations such as yours who provide good information about symptoms and complications.
